Depending on your home and budget, we can help you with:
- Improving your home insulation so it costs less to heat your home.
- Installing a more energy efficient heating system.
- Installing solar panels to make use of free, renewable electricity.

We offer support from start to finish in making your home more energy efficient. Here’s how the process works:
- We refer you to Warmworks who will contact you to arrange a visit.
- A Warmworks advisor assesses your home and makes recommendations on suitable energy efficient home upgrades, and provides an energy performance certificate (EPC).
- A Warmworks sub-contractor carries out a more in-depth survey of your home.
- You’re given a full list of recommendations and costs, and you agree which ones you want to install.
- Warmworks sends you a quote for the work.
- You sign an agreement and pay a deposit for the work.
- A trusted, certified Warmworks sub-contractor carries out the installation.
- You pay the rest of the installation cost.
- Warmworks does a quality inspection and post-installation assessment.
- You fill in a customer satisfaction survey to make sure you’re happy with your home improvements.

We may be able to help with the cost of the home assessment, survey and EPC for you. These costs will be deducted from your final bill upon completion of the work. You will then pay for any home improvements you choose to install, but we can help you with any funding that you might be eligible for to offset costs.

Warmworks is working in partnership with Energy Saving Trust to provide an installation service to customers of North East Warm Homes, the one stop shop for energy and retrofit support in the North East of England.
The installation service includes a home assessment, which will produce an Energy Performance Certificate, installation of suitable energy efficiency improvements and a post-installation inspection. Warmworks will oversee the delivery of the whole process, ensuring customers experience a first-class, streamlined service.
Warmworks will provide a full quote for all costs prior to entering into any agreement or beginning any work. Costs may vary.
