Our in-home support programme provides free, expert advice on improving the energy efficiency of your home.
One of our expert advisors will visit your home and will provide free, tailored advice on how to lower your energy costs.
We’re completely impartial and there’s no hard sell – just clear, honest advice from the experts.
Am I eligible for this support?
If you live in: Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside or Sunderland, you can get in-home energy advice from our partners at Groundwork.
If you live in Northumberland, you can get in-person energy advice from our partners at CAN.
