Can I get free energy advice at home?
Yes! Our in-home support programme is delivered in partnership with Groundwork North East and Cumbria and Community Action Northumberland.
Our expert advisors visit households across the North East of England. We’ll help you find the most effective ways to cut your energy bills. There’s no hard sell – just clear, honest advice that you can use to decide what’s right for your home.
Am I eligible for a home energy visit?
- If you live in: Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, South Tyneside or Sunderland, you can get in-home energy advice from our partners at Groundwork.
- If you live in Northumberland, you can get in-person energy advice from our partners at Community Action Northumberland.
What support will I recieve?
Our experts will chat to you, to identify any home energy problems and help you find the most effective ways to cut your energy bills. While they’re visiting, they’ll also arrange the installation of a free energy-saving measure that doesn’t require landlord approval or planning permission.
